Just returned from another wonderful week at the Sunset Inn. My family has been staying at the Sunset Inn for 30+ years and always look forward to our week at the lake. It never disappoints, so much to do, friendly people and clean. Can't wait for next year!
We love staying at Sunset Inn. Perfect, quiet location on the lake. Well maintained cabins and beautiful pool and landscaping. The owners are wonderful. We have 2 trips planned this summer.
We came for a bachelor party and the accommodations were excellent. The room was clean and the view if the lake was great. I would have liked some updated amenities, but overall the trip was excellent.
Awesome place!! Spent 3 days and 2 nights and had a blast. From the lake side pool, to the hot tub, to the huge fire pit. We will be back.
Great up to date clean cabins. Pool, hot tub, private boat ramp, big dock with slips, fire pit, private grills, good access, plenty of parking, all wheel chair accessable and super friendly staff. We had a lot of fun here. Highly recommended.
What an amazing place. It has a pool, playground (within view of pool) swim dock, fire pit, rental boat slips, water front cabins with a peaceful view. There is this beautiful building I believe is for larger events. Perfect for family gatherings or a quiet weekend. They do not offer towels.. bring a bath & beach towel for each person, and hand towels for the kitchen/bathroom areas.
Super friendly staff they do everything and anything they can to help out. The place is absolutely beautiful, very clean cabins at a very good price. We will be coming back for a vacation instead of work trip. 100% recomend.
We have been going to Sunset Inn every year since 1986. We have seen the resort grow and improve. We like the location on the lake (not so hectic). It is clean, the owners are friendly. In fact we saw Bruce (the owner now) grow up. He's like family and now his wife and kids are there and we bring our kids and grandchild there. We all look forward to our "week at the lake" and that's due to Sunset Inn!!
Best place to stay on the lake! Great location for just sitting and watching all the lake activity from your own deck or spending time on the swim dock. There are roomy cabins, a large pool, hot tub and a wonderful, friendly, accommodating family making sure your stay is perfect. You really can’t ask for more! This is our 35th year going to the resort and it just keeps getting better and better!
